The Last Time I Was In Tulsa I Was Enchanted! For the first time in 20 years I'm returning to Oklahoma and I'm looking forward to seeing how things have changed! I'll be teaching at LOOPS the weekend of Dec 2 & 3, classes in knitting with wire, knitting a mitered (modular) bag, and one of my favorite classes, Cable Sanity (formerly Cable Mania) where we learn a very good way to cable without a cable needle and several useful embellishments & details that can make our textural knitting more fun.I Love LA! After I finish up in Tulsa I'll be flying to LA with Drew Emborsky to tape an episode of Knitty Gritty on our upcoming book, Men Who Knit & The Dogs Who Love Them. I can't very well visit one of my favorite cities without doing a few book signings & classes, so I'll be at Knitters Studio and Unwind while I'm in town. I Love SD! I'll return to the Golden State in January for TNNA, where I'll be teaching two classes at the convention and I'll also be at The Grove for a You Would Like...? As a shop or student suggests a class, I try to add it to my repertoire. I've just added Double Knitting, Knitting With Beads and Modular (Mitered) Knitting classes to my list. If there's a class you've been hoping I'd offer, let me know and you may just see it on my classes list soon! |
